Derp, apologies for the inactivity. It's due to writer's block, but no worries: once I get artist's block instead, I'll bounce right back. /vicious cycle :I But anyways, I feel like wasting everyone's time here despite the fact that I'm not contributing to the rp. WHAT AN AUDACIOUS PERSON I AM.

So, I've picked up painting, which has led me to look up photos of non-humanoid things I might want to use as inspiration. Which subsequently led me to just go on a search for random stuff I think is beautiful.

You know whose paintings I think you would really like? Eugene Von Bruenchenhein's. They are so beautiful, all done by hand. I went to the AVAM for the exhibit and I stared at each one for at least 10 minutes XD

@starvist: lmao, my art classes were such a joke in high school. First year, I was taught by a soccer coach. Second year, my teacher decided she had enough and we watched her through a window as she walked outside and drove away, leaving us with no instructor for the rest of the year. Third and fourth year, my teacher was so grossly overweight that she literally moved around the classroom on a rolling chair. Then the chair broke, and she couldn't come around to check our projects. So I sat in the back, where I could pretend to be working while actually drawing comics.

Yes, and his paintings were at the American Visionary Art Museum (the best place on earth, probably) which means he's had no formal art training or anything. XD I'm glad you liked it <3
