This is most likely a major thanks to his mentor Enoch Johnson during the 1920's to make sure to always capture the attention of crowds and make a valid point to get things across.

Role in Carnival and how it relates to the history of your character: simple. He's the carnival's last resort. In short, the male prostitute. He's also their decent cooking chef. Atlantic City was most known for its high prostitute uses during the roaring tirades, as well as their well known vendor skills with fried goods with the board walk as tourists came in.

Special personal items: A golden cross and small conch shell tied together on an old leather string. These two items revolve around AC's strong ties to religion during the 20's as well as the wonderful beach surrounding the city just by walking around.

AU History:
Before the Great Depression, Thaddeus lived a very much glamourous life during the Roaring Tirades. Beer, sex, gambling, everything a man could ask for! Even during the Prohibition period did the proud man make sure he was able to help out by supplying banned alcoholic beverages to every man in the city. Even during these times, many revered Mafia men came over to show their appreciation to such a wonderous city, figures such as the great Al Capone himself! With much of the political promises kept by Nucky Johnson, Thaddeus found his grand power to be practically invincible. He decided to live it up even more by attending small circuses when a particular warmth was noticed by a quant lively group. Deciding to join in on the fun the man compromised with them to help out with cash flow in his own way, he had always wanted to see the other side of the glass with the poor since the sudden expansion of AC and refused any other offers. Thus his story begins....
