This is Novi Pazar/Zdravka. This explains the basics of who she is and what she's like non-carnival wise. I'm still in the midst of perfecting her design, but I like this. What do you guys think?

There is never such a thing as being TOO DANDY. Piter can try living in the same house as Franze for 51 years and then TRY not to dress in 4 different outfits. A day. xD ENJOY THE SIMPLICITY, PITER, ENJOY IT WHILE YOU STILL CAN---

Piter is like one of those cartoon characters that wears the same thing all the time because the animators are lazy. Then one day, they have a special episode where they show their closet, and there's like, 30 of the same exact outfit. XD
